It is traumatizing when you see a corpse laying in the middle of the road. Atleast you hooked back around and tried to help the biker out. Most people, like Nick said, would just have sat there next to him and waited for EMS to arrive. You should be proud you took the initiative and acted quickly. It is nice to hear every once in a while someone helping another in need. I am sure everyone on the board appreciates what you did and are all proud of you. But like you said, don't feel guilty, you did what you could, if he was damaged that badly, he must have been going at a high rate of speed, its a surprise you actually found him.
